Christmas

Finally! Christmas is around the corner.

Last night, I went to Midvalley Megamall with Fiona. Initially our plan was to buy stuffs for our new office and also window shopping for christmas. First we went to Sushi King for dinner and we decided to watch Alexander right after that. Alas, all tickets sold out and we argued over watching The Forgotten (i dont like to watch scary movie) and thanks God the tickets sold out too. He he (guilty chuckle) poor Fiona.

Then we headed for Studio R looking for gym suit for her. Nothing suits her taste. Now, to Jusco we go. We lost ourself there, looking for stuffs to buy. I found lots of beautiful christmas stuffs on sale albeit my shopping mood has drained out. I just dont feel any christmas mood at all.

But something strike me from the inside. Christmas is all about the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Saviour of the world. Why do i have to neglect such an important event in the world history as much as in every human's life? This year has been a bad year for many of us, but first thing, the Lord suffered first. He never complained. He never compared His amount suffering He'd bored on the cross just to gain grace for us. He never condemned us for turning our back on Him. But He just love us as who we are. Whether or not we celebrate His coming to this world.

I will just take part in the celebration, and continue to give thanks to Him for His goodness and grace.
