Weekends

Aww!!! This is very frustrating. Guess what! I'd Just finished typing and about to publish my blog and my line screwed up!! Hah! Anyway, just quick update on my weekends.

Saturday

Painting day. After breakfast at Sri Devi's Corner in Bangsar, Fiona, Matthew, Isaac and I headed to our office for the day job. Thanks God that Isaac has the expertise and he has been a great help. :-) and not forgetting Matthew our driver too.. :-) Fiona and I decided on the colours of orange, green and yellow to adorn the bare wall. Seems that colours plays a good function to bring the room more lively. For the smaller room, we chose olive green and chardonnay. Pretty cool. As for the ceiling, I chose peach and Fiona asks me if its off-white peach and I said yes. When the colour came out, its too contrast against the white base. Its really peach. Next comes orange on the bigger side of the wall. Now, the peach colour seems to make a good blend with the orange. It really look warm and lively. Too bad we had to rush back for shower and change by 5pm and we could not continue with the green one.

Evening. We went for Josie's wedding reception. Seated with us that evening were, Josie's husband's good friends, and two cousins who married mat salleh. We just exchange hi and names and they seems nice and friendly. I then, had good talk and laugh with the lady who's seated next to me. Her name is Dr Ivy and throughout the dinner we kept on laughing and teasing her male companion who is also a doctor and still single. At the end of the dinner Ivy and I exchange numbers.

And I'll for sure, will invite her for meal and coffee.


Sunday


I woke up late.

And again crappy feelings for skipping church. After breakfast and laundry, Pat and I went for grocery shopping. We bought loads of vegetables. I bought one Tefal non-stick pan (after few frustrations of burnt pancakes using those thin metal pan). We cooked lunch and had lunch at 4pm. Esther hang out at my place in the afternoon and we steam plain cake.

Next week resolution : Put on DIET!
