Now : My Bedside Reading

I didnt know what prompted me to buy this book when I bought it like few months back. With good discounts on stock clearance items, I bought few good books together with this. After finished reading about two books, my heart keep on saying "SELAH" to which I begin reading upon finishing the second book.

This is something with profound meaning and I would say, relates well with me - at this moment.

What is SELAH?

As explained in the first chapter of the book,

... As I read through the Psalm and Habakkuk where Selah is used, it seems the word is a boundary, a marker. A place to stop and observe, to be still. But regardless of what we call it, we need Selah in our lives - no matter where we are in our journey.

Selah helps us remember who we are; it's a place to be still, to know God. It's a place where we can deal with choices and changes. In this pauses, we're reminded that we have a certain number of days, and we can ask ourselves, Do I want to spend the rest of my life doing what I'm doing? In this places, we see things we need to add or to let go...

I think, I am at my Selah moment now.
