Apple Pie and Jesse



I started making apple pie when I was at my parents house in the highlands where my dad owns an apple orchard which is pesticides free and whenever we harvest the apples, some of will get rotten easily by bugs.

Mom will choose the rotten one and make an apple jam. Whenever me or my sister around we will make baked apples or apple pie, much to our visitors delight!

I remembered the first time I succeed making pie crust, I baked seven pies and distributed it to my village folks. They were very happy and surprise!

This boy is beautiful. He smiles a lot and easy to handle. I simply love him and he is trully my babe!
